RETURN  &  EXCHANGE  POLICY

You can return the product you purchased from uncommonistanbul.com within 14 business days from the order date or request an exchange within 30 days.

RETURN

To start the return process, please contact us by send an email to [email protected] to notify us with your name, order number and a short description of why the product will be returned.

After notification is made, please place the product you want to return into its undamaged, original packaging, without removing the tags, and package it safely. 

After we receive the return and determine whether or not your product is in returnable condition, we will notify you via e-mail.

In the return of orders for which the shipping fee has been paid at the time of purchase, only the amount equal to the returned product price is returned to the buyer. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If a return request occurs in the orders for which the shipping fee has not been paid at the time of purchase, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

Reimbursement will be made within 3 to 10 days depending on your method of payment, In the event that we determine your product is not in suitable condition for return, it will be sent back to your address via courier and the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

EXCHANGE

To start the exchange process, please contact us by send an email to [email protected] to notify us within 30 days with your name, order number and a short description of why the product will be exchanged.

After notification is made, please place the product you want to exchange into its undamaged, original packaging, without removing the tags, and package it safely. 

After we receive the returned item and determine whether or not your product is in condition suitable for exchange, we will notify you via e-mail. In the event that we determine your product is not in suitable condition for exchange, it will be sent back to your address via courier and the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

RETURN and EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Returned or exchanged products should be in their undamaged original box and unused.

Their tags shouldn't be removed.

Return of product is not accepted in international orders.

In case products have any additional accessories, they should be sent in their undamaged original boxing.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally.

In an unlikely event if any product you have received is in a damaged condition or lost, uNcommon Istanbul does not take any responsibility, so please kindly:

1- Check the product and its box carefully. Do not take delivery of the products with damaged boxes. Make sure that all the products on your invoice are included in the package.

2- For the products with damaged boxes, make sure to keep a report to the cargo attendant and do not take the cargo.
